Once in a Blue Moon :)

When I was a kid, my mom told me I clean my room only once in a blue moon. I always thought it was literal; that the moon really looks blue like this ------>

But few years back, i realized it isn't like that.:D

When someone says that a thing happens "Once in a Blue Moon," it just means that that thing happens so rarely.

a Blue Moon takes place when a second full moon occurs within a calendar month.

"Blue moon" appears to have been a colloquial expression long before it developed its calendrical senses. According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the first reference to a blue moon comes from a proverb recorded in 1528:
If they say the moon is blue,
We must believe that it is true.

Saying the moon was blue was equivalent to saying the moon was made of green (or cream) cheese; it indicated an obvious absurdity. In the 19th century, the phrase until a blue moon developed, meaning "never." The phrase, once in a blue moon today has come to mean "every now and then" or "rarely"—whether it gained that meaning through association with the lunar event remains uncertain.

A blue-colored moon is rare. But folklore has defined two different kinds of Blue Moons. A Blue Moon can be the second full moon in a month. Or it can be the third of four full moons in a season.

So, that's why. and luckily, tonight will be a blue moon!:D i hope not to miss looking at it tonight.

Andami nang nangyayari at hindi ko alam kung ano na ang isusulat. >____<

Samantala, katulad ng 'di inaasahang pagkamatay ni sir Jesse, namatay din ang pamangkin ko (anak ng pinsan ko. wala akong kapatid). Apat na buwang taong gulang. Ngunit hindi tulad kay Sec Jesse, kaunti lang ang nakaalam at may pakialam sa Kawalng ito.
Hindi naman ako ganoon pa kalapit sa pamangkin kong 'yon pero nung makita ko nang humahagulgol at magang-maga ang maga mata ni ate Joy, ayun, affected na rin ako. Naalala ko 'yung kanta ni Bambu na the Love: 

"the love when a father has to bury his daughter"

sakit siguro nun sa part nila ate Joy at kuya Julius.:( nakakalungkot talaga. Sayang kay Kristelle.
